Refund and Returns Policy

Before you return an GREENY AWARENESS & ACTION PVT. LTD. brand product, please understand how our products are made with the intention of environment conservation, and sustainable practice. Our product is designed to create value from daily kitchen waste.

Return Process

• Return requests must be raised within 14 days of receiving the product. Please email us at sarthwah.greeny@gmail.com.
  • Include your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your return or exchange.
  • We request that you maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the label.
  • Please ensure that all returned items are securely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Reverse pickups will be arranged within 7 business days from the date of your request.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), your return or exchange request will be processed.
  • For returns, banks typically take 7–10 business days to process refunds after they have been initiated from our end.
  • For exchanges, your new order will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after we receive the original shipment.
