After confirmation of the order by our customer support team, products will be couriered within 7 working days. Shipping times may vary due to natural calamities or difficult geographic locations.

Once your package is shipped, we will send you the tracking information via WhatsApp. Address changes will be accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped. Our courier partners deliver shipments from Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays. Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping costs vary based on the destination country. Delivery charges depend on the value of your shopping cart.

If you refuse your order or any part of it upon delivery without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes.
